Will employees see documents they should not access?
No. CanvasKB is permission-aware. If an employee should not have access to a document, CanvasKB should not use that document to answer their question.
How long does setup take?

Do employees need training to use it?
No. Employees sign in with their company email and ask questions in plain language. The goal is simple: no new search behavior, no folder hunting, no technical workflow.
